Aslı Şarman, born 1966, is a graduate of Kadıköy Private High School for Girls, and then, Boğaziçi University, respectively. After having passed the related exam, she has specialized in Sales and Integrated Marketing in Switzerland. Now she is the Managing Partner at Wicasa Group.
Throughout her professional life of more than 15 years she worked in different management positions in Etap Marmara Oteli, Çırağan Palaca Hotel Kempinski, Gate Gourmet Int., Tur-Yat Setur General Management Department, Turkcell İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., and Global Bilgi Çağrı Hizmetleri Pazarlama A.Ş. respectively.
By the end of the year 2002, she became the partner of IMI Eğitim Yönetim ve Organizasyon Ltd. Şti., and after that she has founded Credo Danışmanlık specialized in CRM and Customer Strategy. In 2006, she became a member of DPİD (Turkish Direct Marketing Association), now she is one of the board members of DPİD.
She started to give lectures in universities about CRM, CEM, Direct Marketing, Customer Strategies. She worked as a part-time prelector in Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and Marmara Üniversitesi. Many of her articles about CRM and Customer Strategy were puslished well-known daily newspapers, weekly and monthly business magazines such as Hürriyet, Dünya Gazetesi, Cumhuriyet Gazetesi, Business Week, Platin, Ekonomist, Infomag. She took stage on reputable conferences (Marketingİst, Cebitt Euresia, Emitt, ODTÜ, AMPD Conference).
