Serdar Bilecen is an inspirational presenter who combines content of his speech with humour to inspire, motivate and serve as a catalyst for others to strive to achieve the best in themselves and their organisations.
Serdar Bilecen (1965) was born in Ankara, Turkey. In 1983 he graduated from TED Ankara Collage High School, then in 1987 from Middle East Technical University (METU) as an electrics and electronics engineer and lastly from Anadolu University (Business Management) in 1994. After working for many different companies as a software and hardware engineer, he started working for KoçSistem IT department as an electrics and electronics engineer. A year later, he got transferred to the marketing department and he worked as a marketing manager. In 1998 he became the regional manager of Compaq Computer. In 2001 he found his own consulting and education firm, later on he became the consultant of various companies as well as giving lectures in many different topics.
In Bilkent University he is currently offering “Negotiation Skills”, “Advanced Selling Skills” and “Decision Making Irrationally” to fourth grade business and information management students, “Conflict Management” and “Business Practices” to MBA students, he is also teaching “Sales Management” in MBA at TOBB Economy and Technology University. The marketing and persuation courses on “10.000 Women Entrepreneur” project of Goldman-Sachs and Özyeğin University are given by Serdar Bilecen.

He works on photography and sailing as a hobby.
